The Divorce Tutor Way
- Plain-language questions with education built into every form
- Video lessons and tips that answer questions before you ask
- Covers the messy parts too — motions, objections, hearing prep
- Court-ready documents generated from your answers
- Your information protected with industry-standard encryption

The Old Way
- Blank court forms with no explanation of what they mean
- Hours lost online, hoping the answers apply to New Hampshire
- Constant fear a mistake will delay your case — or cost you
- Generic templates that stop when your case gets complicated
- Lawyer retainers you can’t continuously pay
Why Not Just Do It the Free Way?
Why not just use a free AI tool?
A chatbot sounds easy, but they make mistakes.
A general AI tool
- Can cite court cases that don’t exist
- Doesn’t know New Hampshire’s rules
- What you type can be fed into a public AI
- No one checks what it gives you
Divorce Tutor
- Written by a New Hampshire family-law attorney
- Built for New Hampshire courts
- Stays in your private account
- Real, court-ready documents
Aren’t these forms free on the court website?
The blank forms are free. Knowing what to file is the hard part.
The court website
- Blank PDFs with no instructions
- Virtually no forms for responding, which is half of your case
- No help if you get stuck
- Easy to file the wrong thing
Divorce Tutor
- Plain-language guidance at every step
- Includes forms you can’t get anywhere else
- Support when you’re unsure
- Fills in your information for you

Common Questions
My spouse filed for divorce. Can Divorce Tutor help me?
Yes. Divorce Tutor has forms whether you are starting a case or responding to one. You'll understand which forms you need, the order in which they are filed, and how to prepare for what comes next.
Is this only for uncontested divorces?
No. Divorce Tutor covers the full case: petitions and decrees, motions and objections, contempt filings, document requests, and hearing prep like witness lists and pretrial statements. Whether you agree on everything or you’re in an active dispute, we have the tools — and the teaching — you need.
Are there any New Hampshire family court cases that Divorce Tutor does NOT cover?
Currently, Divorce Tutor does not offer forms or education on: adoption, guardianship, juvenile delinquency, juvenile abuse & neglect, juvenile emancipation, and termination of parental rights.
What makes Divorce Tutor different from other form sites?
Other sites just fill in the blanks with your basic information: name, address, phone number. We walk you through each form with plain-language explanations, tips, hints, and video lessons, plus a library of resources (the Divorce Tutor Knowledge Hub) answering your questions before you even ask them.
Do I still need a lawyer?
Divorce Tutor was built by a NH family law attorney, but the site does not offer case specific legal advice. We give you the tools to complete your court paperwork and help you generate court-ready forms to file. We recommend you have a lawyer review your paperwork before it is filed.
Will Divorce Tutor represent me in court?
No. We're not a law firm, we don't offer case specific legal advice, and no attorney-client relationship is created by using the products on the site.
Is my information private and secure?
Yes. Divorce paperwork involves sensitive details, and we treat them that way: your information is protected with industry-standard encryption, kept behind your private account login, and never sold or shared for marketing. The information you enter is visible to you and to a small Divorce Tutor team, who can access it only when needed to operate the platform and support your account, for example when you turn on sharing to get help with a form. It is never shared with any other user. Read our Privacy Policy.
