Membership questions

The common ones, answered plainly. Anything else? Just reach out.

What does the membership include?

Membership is how you join Divorce Tutor. It opens the Knowledge Hub, a searchable library of plain-language answers about the New Hampshire family court process, with short video lessons and detailed process guides, plus support with using the platform and your account (not legal advice), and the ability to add the court forms your case needs. Every member gets the same knowledge and the same process support, no matter how many forms they buy.

Do I have to be a member to buy forms?

Yes. The membership is how you join the platform, it’s required to buy or work on forms, use the Knowledge Hub, and reach support. Once you’re a member you only add the forms your case needs, with additional savings when you purchase additional forms.

What if I’m not ready to buy forms but want to explore the Knowledge Hub?

That’s completely fine, and common. Your $29/month membership opens the whole Knowledge Hub on its own, the searchable answers, video lessons, and process guides, plus support, whether or not you ever buy a form. Explore for as long as you’re a member, and add forms only if and when your case needs them. You can also preview the Knowledge Hub questions for free before you join.

Do the forms cost extra?

Yes. Each court form (or package of forms) is a one-time price, in addition to your monthly membership. Buying more never changes your access or support.

How does support work?

As a member you get support through the platform — including the Knowledge Hub and support tickets through the “Request Support” button. We can help you with your account, understand and use the platform, and address technical issues. We are not a law firm and cannot provide case-specific legal advice.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There’s no contract, cancel whenever you like and you keep your membership through the end of the period you’ve already paid for.

What happens to my forms if I cancel?

Cancelling never cuts your paid time short: you keep the Knowledge Hub through the end of the period you’ve already paid for. Once your membership actually ends, you then have 30 more days to finish and download any forms you previously purchased. For example, if you pay on July 1 and cancel on July 15, you’re still a member through July 31, and you can finish and download your forms until August 30. Save your completed documents during that window. We don’t store your completed documents for you.

What if a membership payment is late or fails?

If a payment won’t successfully process, we try again and email you that your card information needs updating. You can open and complete the forms you’ve already paid for. The purchase of additional forms is paused, and access to support and the Knowledge Hub is temporarily suspended pending successful payment. Update your card anytime under your Account to reopen your access.
